Melissa Rau

Melissa Rau, writer and consultant, has worked in and for churches for over 14 years as paid part-time and full-time program staff and volunteer for small, mid-sized, and large congregations in numerous denominations. She has worked with all age groups focusing on inter-generational involvement in all areas of ministry. 

As senior consultant and owner of MTS Advocates, a church consulting group focusing on lay/volunteer accountability and coaching with an emphasis on inter-generational formation, Melissa offers education and advice in the areas of communication, leadership, infrastructure, and healthy working relationships between clergy, paid staff, and volunteers/lay ministers.
