Summer is the perfect time to recruit volunteers. Fewer committee meetings mean more time for the one-on-one visits so important to matching the right person to the job. If your recruiting plan entails phoning an active volunteer to fill a new vacancy, you're missing the boat. Not only is this a prescription for burn-out, it's bad theology. Frederick Beuchner defines vocation, or calling, as "that place where the world's great need and your deep hunger meet." This webinar will help you identify the passions and talent for a successful stewardship team. Then we'll show you how to call people in a way that encourages a joyful "yes!"
