This form provides the variety of options available in the Book of Common Prayer. It also includes a selection of scripture readings. It can be easily adapted for usage in any Episcopal parish. In addition to this form, I offer a page of possible hymns, from The Episcopal Church Musician's Handbook, and our parish guidelines.
