Webinar: Sound Practices for Vestry Leaders

 

As part of ECF's on-going efforts to develop effective vestry leadership, ECF's leadership team offered a webinar Sound Practices for Vestry Leaders in October and November 2011. This webinar focused on roles, responsibilities, and best practices for vestries including insights on running effective meetings, selecting new leadership, orienting new members, strategic planning and more.
