En marzo de 2011, Anne Ditzler y Miguel Escobar viajaron a la Diócesis de Puerto Rico para realizar talleres sobre las responsabilidades de la junta paroquia, la mayordomía, y el liderazgo laico transformacional. In March 2011, Anne Ditzler and Miguel Escobar traveled to the Diocese of Puerto Rico to present workshops on vestry responsibilities, stewardship and transformational lay leadership. In Bayamón, Puerto Rico, they had the opportunity to interview the coordinator of these workshops, the Rev. Juan Ángel Monge Santiago, Canon for Christian Stewardship and Congregational Development in the Diocese of Puerto Rico. The topic of the interview was transformational lay leadership.
