Leaders have a variety of different gifts and lead in a variety of ways. We each have our preferred method of leading, though we probably can change our style if the situation calls for something else. Effective leaders understand their preferred style and are able to compensate for those styles that may be less well-developed in them if the circumstances require.



This resource gives you insight into your leadership style. You can do it on your own (and then check your insight with others who know you well) or you can ask an entire leadership team such as a vestry to take it as part of a team-building exercise.
