Web Conference: Out of Many, One

The Episcopal Church Foundation’s Fellowship Partners Program supports transformational leaders to engage in their academic studies and launch their ministry efforts. As part of their work and ministry, the Fellows also look to share their knowledge and resources to build the leadership capacity of the wider church. In the Out of Many, One web conference, ECF Fellow the Rev. Rosa Lindahl Mallow shares her innovative effort in Fort Lauderdale, FL to merge three very different churches into one: a large, suburban church; a Latino storefront church; and a small, financially struggling congregation.
