Best Practices for Vestry Leadership

This web conference explores common challenges for vestries of Episcopal congregations and offers basic practices for leading vestries effectively. Practices include beginning meetings with Bible study, establishing a vestry covenant, identifying & recruiting new vestry candidates, orienting new members, holding regular retreats, and more. This is intended for individuals who are new to the vestry and/or who are leading a vestry for the first time.
