Heather Blais
The Rev. Heather Blais maintains JusticeandMercyME, a web-based resource that seeks to encourage and empower people of all faith traditions to join in the battle to end domestic poverty in Maine. The site features organizations that are making systemic changes through acts of justice, and organizations that are meeting the needs of the here and now through acts of mercy. The team of bloggers believe that if we each “Do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God” that we can fulfill the hope of ending domestic poverty.
Heather is an assistant priest in a shared ministry partnership between St. Philip's, Wiscasset and Grace, Bath in the Episcopal Diocese of Maine. She and her husband love Maine and their two little ones that keep them on their toes.
