Crystal Plummer
Crystal is a capital campaign consultant based in Oklahoma City, OK. She was formerly the associate for development and events for the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago, responsible for the coordination of bishop's appeals, an $8 million capital campaign and the annual diocesan convention.
Prior to joining the Diocese of Chicago, Crystal worked for 20 years in the financial services industry. She was a senior learning relationship manager, partnering with business groups to create and execute talent development strategies, and managing a leadership development program. She was also a human resources consultant focused on change management, organizational effectiveness, training and documentation associated with systems implementations. Crystal is currently a project manager with Canticle Communications. She holds an M.B.A. in management and a B.A. in Spanish education from Rutgers University.
