Victoria Ludwin

Torie Ludwin is the minister for communications at Christ Church Cathedral in Houston, Texas (

christchurchcathedral.org). Founded in 1839, it is the oldest church in Houston and the church home to more than 3,600 Houstonians. More than a place of hospitality and worship for all Episcopalians in the Diocese of Texas, it is also a center of learning and formation for Christians and non-Christians alike. With a long history of serving those who live on the margins, Christ Church Cathedral is the parent of more than 12 outreach organizations — including The Beacon, a day center for the homeless — meeting the needs of people in need in the community.

Torie also writes for Cite: The Architecture and Design Review of Houston and its digital home, Offcite.org, and other publications. She's also taught writing in New York, Connecticut, and Texas.
