Tim Schenck

Tim Schenck has served as rector of the Episcopal Parish of St. John the Evangelist in Hingham, Massachusetts since 2009, having previously served parishes in Baltimore and New York. The author of four books, including most recently, -1>Father Tim's Church Survival Guide (Morehouse 2015), he also writes a syndicated monthly column titled "In Good Faith"and blogs regularly at Clergy Confidential.

When not spending time on church business or family activities, you can usually find Tim running, drinking coffee, or practicing blues guitar on his beloved Fender Stratocaster.

He lives with his wife, Bryna, in the St. John's rectory with their two teenage sons, Ben and Zak; Delilah, the family dog; and Mimi the ferret.
